Questions people ask
Do I own the website?
Yes. The domain is registered in your name and the site is yours. If you ever leave the care plan, we hand over everything you need to host it elsewhere.
Who writes the texts?
On LaunchKit, you send us the words and we tidy them. From Small business up, we write them from your notes and a short call, and you approve every line.
How do I pay?
By card or bank payment through a secure Stripe invoice, with VAT added where it applies. Half when you approve the plan and the fixed price, half when the site goes live. No subscription unless you choose a monthly plan. Prices on this page are excl. VAT.
Can I change things myself later?
Small things, yes: we show you how. For anything bigger, every monthly plan includes up to an hour of edits a month.
What do the monthly plans do that the website does not?
A website sits still. The plans keep you visible: Google Business Profile posts, local search for your town, the setup that lets AI assistants quote you, with Rank, new pages and reviews that push you up the results, and with Found + Social, 8 short videos a month. Every month you get a short report of where you show up.
How does the AI receptionist work?
It answers your phone with a natural voice, in your customers’ language, using your prices, hours and services. It books appointments into your calendar, texts back anyone who called while you were busy, and sends you a short summary of every call on WhatsApp. It is in beta: we set it up and test it with you before it takes a real call.
I already have a website. Can I just take a plan?
Yes. Start with the free AI check to see where you stand, then pick a plan. If your site is too old to fix, we tell you, and LaunchKit replaces it.
What if I don't like it?
You see a first version early, and every package includes rounds of changes. If after the first version it is clearly not for you, you only pay the first half.
Do you also do logos, photos or ads?
Not as a package. We can suggest a simple text logo and use your own photos or good stock photos. Ask in the form if you need more.
